Holly Gessler is an established artist whose work encompasses a wide range of media. Oil, acrylic, watercolor painting, and egg tempera are some of the mediums she uses. Her work spans the realist to the abstract, with bold colors, textures and shapes.

 

Holly received her classical training from studying master painting techniques, portraiture and landscapes. In the abstract arena, this artist is largely self-taught. Her inspiration is drawn from visions of the world, expressed through the color spectrum.

 

Her work experience includes being the sole proprietor of a studio, which specializes in fine art, commissions, portraits and murals. She works commercially in homes and businesses doing murals and decorative finishes, co-creating with the client to ensure the end result they desire. Since 2007, she has worked with Marezzo Ltd., sculpting elements on custom fireplaces, range hoods, countertops and tabletops. She has taught classes and workshops in drawing and painting and has been exhibiting her art for over twenty years. Corporations and private collectors own her work, both in the United States and abroad.
